2. Aionic

A dynamic pricing and availability booking and scheduling software as a service

I intially started in 2022 as an contracted consultant for Codex Consulting while working on the UCQ project.
After a successful track record as a externally billed consultant, I was offered a full-time employment role with my primary focus to be the go-to-market strategist and product manager for Codex’s first internally incubated product, Aionic.

As part of this role, I undertook market research and analysis of booking platform software across verticals such as group entertainment experiences, fitness, wellness, hair and beauty. In particular, I focused on automation technologies in this space, business models, venture capital, GMROI and EBITDA.

I produced a product roadmap, projections, investor pitches and presentations, steering committee updates, ran internal presentations, daily standups and worked to grow customer success during alpha and beta early access launches.

I established foundational client relationships, conducted user and competitor research and worked with teams of digital designers, software engineers, data scientists and subject matter experts on dynamic pricing from the aviation industry to ensure the product solved real issues faced by business owners with service-based expiring inventory.

I conducted QA, produced copy, content and documentation to ensure the product would be well-resolved, exceed expectations and thrive in a competitive marketplace. Following product launch in 2023, I was offered options for an ongoing role in the new business, or an opportunity to exit, which I took to pursue other transformative applications of automation.
